One of the hallmarks of CHSC is the focus on partnership and collaboration and the ongoing process of facilitating policy, systems and environmental changes focused on healthy lifestyles. These coordinated efforts to transform the community are expected to continue long after grant funding is expended.
Our community partners include schools, municipalities, and not-for-profits organizations. We are working diligently to expand existing efforts to create supportive environments that will accelerate improvements in individual behaviors and healthy outcomes throughout the County.
