Chautauqua Health Network (CHN) and sister organization, Chautauqua Integrated Delivery System (CIDS), aim to create a model system of healthcare that provides access to quality services, while meeting the needs of consumers and providers. We are working to improve processes to embrace care coordination and realign services to achieve cost savings.
